Membership Types
The YMCA makes the following membership distinctions:
Family PLUS – Just like the Family membership, but registration for all programs are free.
Family – Includes both parents and all children under 18 living in one household, unless they are full-time college students.
Adult – Any adult 19-59 years of age
Senior – Any adult age 60 or older
Senior Couple – Any family of two adults age 60 or older
Youth – Any person 3-18 years of age
Definition of Family Membership – Legally married husband and wife as recognized by Oklahoma Statute including dependant children 18 and under or 24 and under if a full time student.
Membership Refunds – Membership fees are non-refundable unless in the case of an injury or major illness. Joining Fees are non-refundable.

Joiner’s Fee
A joiner’s fee is a one-time charge as long as membership remains continuous. Current members are not assessed this fee if memberships are renewed within 30 days of the expiration date.
Payment Options
1. A bank or credit card draft electronically deducts monthly dues from a member’s checking or savings account or credit card. Draft memberships continue indefinitely, until cancelled by the member.
2. Annual fee paid in full.
3. Financial assistance is available.
Bank Draft Cancellation Policy – The bank draft payment plan is a continuous membership. It will continue unless the YMCA is NOTIFIED IN WRITING AT LEAST 15 DAYS PRIOR TO THE NEXT DRAFT.
Financial Assistance
It is the policy of the YMCA of Texas County that no person will be denied membership or program participation due to the inability to pay. Financial assistance for memberships and programs are available by applying for a scholarship. The YMCA uses contributed funds to ensure that those unable to pay the stated fees are able to participate.
Membership Cards
Your membership card is valuable and important. Please show it every time you enter the YMCA and to register for all programs. Lost cards will be replaced for $5. Memberships and cards may be revoked for inappropriate behavior or not abiding by the rules, regulations and policies of the YMCA.
Guest Pass Policy
Guests are limited to 4 visits per year and identification is required.
Each guest may use the YMCA at the following rate:
Youth/Teen/Adult/Senior $5
Family $10
AWAY (Always Welcome At YMCAs)
Your membership card allows you access to participating YMCAs across the country while visiting another area. When members travel and want to work out or use the facilities a YMCA in another town, they may do so on a short-term basis.
